Every online order your store takes in a month, not just the orders Selleasy influenced. Your Freemium tier follows that total and adjusts automatically as order volume changes.
Through Shopify's app billing in USD, on the same 30 day cycle as your Shopify subscription. Nothing is charged outside Shopify, and there is no revenue share on any plan.
You get 30 days to try it out. If you decide to keep using it, your plan simply continues at the regular price. If it’s not for you, just cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
Yes. You can switch between Freemium, Pro, and Max whenever you need to. Shopify will simply adjust the difference on your next invoice.
You use 1 AI credit for each product you set an offer for. Products recommended by the AI don’t use extra credits. If you use the same product in another campaign, that counts as another credit.
Using the Thinking Model uses 2 credits per product.
Recommendations pause rather than auto-charging. Upgrade to Pro for 1,000 a month or Max for 2,500, or wait for the next cycle to reset.
You can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin by uninstalling the app. Your billing will stop at the end of your current billing cycle, and the app blocks will be removed from your theme.
